TOM STITT Pres.
As the founder and President of ProSteel STR LLC, Tom has had experience in every phase of the construction process, having been involved in the sale, production and completion of tens of millions of dollars of buildings. In 2004, ProSteel obtained a KB-1 General Contracting license which allowed the company to build projects in excess of $1 million in the commercial, industrial and residential space. His knowledge and experience has seen the company grow exponentially. Over the past 16 years, ProSteel has completed buildings that range from office to warehouse facilities, small backyard storage to strip mall shopping centers. During this time he has applied his values of integrity and excellence to all aspects of the company's functions.
MIKE NEALS G.M.
Mike brings a strong background in leadership, accountability, and problem-solving to the ProSteel team. A former police officer with nearly 20 years of service, he transitioned into the commercial construction and steel building industry, where he works closely with customers, subcontractors, engineers, and project teams. Mike holds an Arizona KB-1 Dual Building Contractor license and is committed to delivering projects with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

Field Operations
Enrique brings more than 30 years of construction industry experience to the ProSteel team. His extensive background includes project leadership and management, crew supervision, quality control, schedule coordination, and hands-on technical expertise. With experience in electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall, and site utilities, Enrique understands every phase of the construction process. He is committed to leading teams effectively and completing projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
